WHAT PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU MAY BE COLLECTED?
The Data collected refers to information generally contained in the Curriculum Vitae. Furthermore, information that may come from a check of your references (if carried out) may also be collected, such as membership in any institution, academic background, work history and other information relevant to determining your suitability as a candidate. In addition to this, they may also include information and images from your profile on professional networks (if applicable), notes taken during interviews, and comments from other parties such as referees, which may arise during the selection process. The Data may be updated based on publicly available information and/or collected from third parties, and/or directly from you. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks on the truthfulness of the Data, particularly regarding qualifications obtained, previous work experience, assumption of professional positions or institutional roles, also by contacting the subjects you have indicated as referees, as well as your previous employers and any other subject with whom you have come into contact in the context of your work activity.
The Data that will be acquired will not concern personal convictions, trade union or political affiliation as well as political, religious or trade union opinions, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, disability, race, ethnic origin, color, health status (hereinafter "Special categories of data"), as well as facts not relevant for the purposes of evaluating your professional aptitude, unless these are characteristics that affect the methods of carrying out work activities or that constitute an essential and determining requirement for carrying out the same.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES MAY YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE USED?
The collection and processing of your Data are necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and carried out for purposes connected or instrumental to carrying out the Company's personnel research and selection activities.
Basis of processing: the provision of Data, including Special categories of data within the limits indicated above, pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data, must be considered mandatory in order to allow the Company to fulfill the needs of knowledge and evaluation of candidates in the context of personnel research and selection as well as legal obligations, standards, regulations. Failure to provide the aforementioned may result in the impossibility of carrying out the personnel research and selection process and the impossibility of establishing the employment relationship
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE AND FOR HOW LONG?
The processing of your Data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and may also be carried out through automated methods suitable for storing, managing and transmitting them. The processing will take place through suitable tools to ensure security and confidentiality through the use of appropriate procedures to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, unlawful use and dissemination.
Your Data will be kept only for the period necessary for personnel selection purposes (for a specific position or also for future positions of potential interest). The Company provides for a periodic review of the Data and the possibility of being able to delete it if it is no longer necessary for the intended purposes.
In any case, your Data will be kept in company databases for a period of time not exceeding 6 months from the date of acquisition by the Company. After this retention period, the Data will be deleted or made anonymous.
WITH WHOM WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Data may be accessed by duly authorized employees of the Human Resources function, as well as external suppliers, appointed, if necessary, as data processors, who provide support for the provision of services.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROTECTION AND YOUR RIGHT TO LODGE COMPLAINTS WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Under certain conditions, you have the right to ask the Company:
- access to Data concerning you, their rectification or deletion;
- integration of incomplete Data;
- limitation of processing;
- receipt of Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability) and transmission of such Data to another data controller;
- opposition in whole or in part to the use of Data for legitimate reasons.
The exercise of such rights is subject to some exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (for example the prevention or identification of crimes) of the Company's interests. In the event that you exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will be the Company's responsibility to verify that you are entitled to exercise it and you will be given feedback, as a rule, within one month.
